Wichtige Infos: Neuer Shop - Änderungen AGB - Umbau-Rabattaktion

Hallo zusammen Vorweg: dieser Newsletter enthält wichtige Informationen für euch, bitte lest den Text aufmerksam durch. Vorab vielen Dank, dass ihr euch die Zeit nehmt! Einige von euch werden gemerkt haben, dass der Stempelgarten vorübergehend nicht erreichbar war. Der letzte Umbau ist noch nicht lange her, leider hat das System aber von Anfang an für Probleme gesorgt, die am Ende dazu geführt haben, dass der Shop offline gehen musste. Um wieder für euch da sein zu können, war ich gezwungen, diverse Entscheidungen zu treffen. Was ändert sich? Hier die Infos für euch: Änderungen in den AGB 1. Versandkosten: Künftig werden wir nicht mehr individuell Porto- und Verpackungskosten berechnen sondern haben folgende Pauschalen eingeführt: Schweizer Kunden: pauschal CHF 8.50 pro Bestellung, unabhängig von Menge und Gewicht eurer Bestellung. - Versankostenfreie Lieferung gibt ist weiterhin ab einem Einkaufswert von CHF 150.00. Kunden Europa (EU): pauschal EUR 17.00 pro Bestellung, unabhängig von Menge und Gewicht eurer Bestellung. (die Schweizer Post hat den Economy-Versand für Auslandssendungen abgeschafft) Der Versand erfolgt künftig ausschliesslich versichert. NEU: ab einem Einkaufswert von EUR 150.00 erfolgt der Versand kostenlos. Verschiedene Gründe haben zu dieser Änderung geführt. Allen voran die Vereinfachung der Abläufe. Aber auch die Sicherheit auf dem Postweg spielt eine Rolle. Der Versand erfolgt künftig ausschliesslich versichert, dadurch wird das Verlustrisiko vermindert. Leider kam es vor allem bei Auslandssendungen in letzter Zeit vermehrt zu Problemen auf dem Postweg. 2. Zahlungsarten Aktuell stehen zur Verfügung: Banküberweisung (was auch die Barzahlung am Postschalter beinhaltet für Schweizer Kunden) Zahlung mit Paypal, dadurch auch Zahlung mit Master- oder Visa-Karte. Die bis anhin erhobenen Gebühren für Paypalzahlungen fallen weg. Ebenso die Schalterzahlungsgebühren für Schweizer Kunden, die am Postschalter einzahlen. Künftige geplante, zusätzliche Zahlungsoptionen für Schweizer Kunden: Postfinance Card, Porstfinance E-finance und Twint (aktuell noch nicht aufgeschaltet). Was müsst ihr noch wissen? 1. Dadurch, dass es sich um ein neues System handelt, können eure bisherigen Kundenaccounts nicht übernommen werden. Ihr müsst euch also neu anmelden. Die Daten im alten System werden gelöscht, sobald dieses nach Beendigung der Warenübernahme abgestellt wird. 2. Ihr werdet keinen Zugriff haben auf eure alten Bestellungen. Sollte es da aber Fragen geben, könnt ihr euch per E-Mail bei mir melden unter info@stempelgarten.ch. Ich habe nach wie vor Zugriff darauf über meine Buchhaltung. 3. Dieser Shop geht online ohne vollständig zu sein. Auch nach bald 17 Jahren erledige ich nahezu alles rund um den Shop alleine. Vorallem die Datenpflege erledige ich bewusst nur persönlich. Da der bisherige Shop u.a. durch Datenbankfehler "glänzte", habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, die Produktdatenbank nicht zu übernehmen, sondern neu anzulegen. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass ich gut 16tausend Artikel neu hochladen muss. Das macht mir zwar sogar Freude, aber es braucht dennoch viel Zeit. Daher bitte ich dringend um euer Verständnis dafür, dass der Shop aktuell nicht komplett ist! 4. Ich lade die Artikel nach meinem eigenen Plan hoch, der ggf. nicht logisch erscheint. Solltet ihr aber dringend eine bestimmte Firma online brauchen, schreibt mir bitte eine E-Mail an info@stempelgarten.ch, dann werde ich diese auf jeden Fall vorziehen! 5. Noch nicht alle Einstellungen sind 100% so, wie ich sie möchte, Aber das Grundgerüst steht. Es kann sein, dass manche Standardeinstellungen noch gar nicht auf meinem Radar gelandet sind, die aber noch geändert werden müssen. Auch hier: Ich bin eine Ein-Frau-Show. Natürlich habe ich Unterstützung was IT betrifft, aber schlussendlich bleibt das letzte Tüpfelchen in meiner Hand (was auch so gewollt !). 6. Dieser Umbau war nicht geplant und eigentlich auch nicht gewollt, aber leider nötig. Die damit verbundenen Veränderungen werden nicht für jeden passen. Mir ist bewusst, dass  dies alles nicht nur schöne Neuigkeiten sind. Aber.. ich hoffe dass ihr mir weiterhin treu bleibt und bedanke mich schon jetzt für euer Verständnis dafür, dass ich leider nicht alles gleichzeitig kann. Mir war wichtig, den Shop so schnell wie möglich wieder online zu stellen. Dies ist mit den erwähnten Einschränkungen verbunden, ansonsten hätte ich wieder für mehrere Monate schliessen müssen, was definitiv keine Option wäre. Genug gelabert.. ich habe eure Zeit über Gebühr in Beschlag genommen. Eins noch: SONDERAKTION UMBAU Bis alle regulären Artikel wieder vollständig im Shop sind, erhaltet ihr 25% Rabatt auf das gesamte Sortiment! But that also means that I have to re-upload a good 16,000 articles. I even enjoy it, but it still takes a lot of time. Not all settings are 100% the way I want them, but the basic structure is there. There may be some default settings that haven't landed on my radar yet, but still need to be changed. This conversion was not planned and actually not wanted, but unfortunately necessary. The changes involved will not suit everyone. I realize that this isn't all good news. But.. I hope that you will continue to be loyal to me and thank you in advance for your understanding that unfortunately I can't do everything at the same time. It was important to me to get the shop back online as soon as possible. Hallo zusammen,

dieser Newsletter enthält viele wichtige Informationen, die ich euch zuerst mitteilen möchte, bevor wir zu den neuen Produkten der letzten Wochen kommen.

1. Neue AGBs

Wir haben unsere AGBs neu verfasst/ergänzt. Ihr findet sie unter diesem Link:

2. Datenschutz

Aufgrund der Datenschutzgrundverordnung der EU, die Ende Mai in Kraft trat haben wir eine komplett neue Datenschutzerklärung, die sowohl Schweizer als auch EU-Recht berücksichtigt:

3. Versand ins Ausland

Durch unsere neue Datenschutzerklärung sind wir ab sofort wieder in der Lage auch ins Ausland zu liefern, was uns sehr freut.

4. Datenbereinigung

Diese Aktualisierungen haben wir zum Anlass genommen und die Kundendatenbank bereinigt. Kundenkonten im Shop, die vor 2016 zum letzten Mal benutzt wurden, haben wir gelöscht. Wir werden künftig regelmässig solche Bereinigungen durchführen.

5. Facebook

Anfang Juni hat der Europäische Gerichtshof ein Urteil gefällt, das alle Facebook-Fanseiten-Inhaber betrifft. In Rücksprache mit unserem Anwalt haben wir beschlossen, die Facebookseite des Stempelgartens offline zu nehmen. Wir können euch also nicht mehr über Facebook informieren. Die News zu neuen Produkten, Sonderaktionen etc. bekommt ihr künftig also ausschliesslich noch über den Shop-Newsletter oder über den Newsblog unter http://stempelgarten.blogspot.com/.

6. Blogs

Der Newsblog ist wie vorhin erwähnt bereits wieder online. Der Challengeblog mit den monatlichen Wettbewerben wird voraussichtlich im Herbst folgen.

this newsletter contains some important news, I'd like to tell you first before I tell you more about the new products we have received within the past weeks.

1. New GTC

2. Privacy Statement

Because of the new GDPR of the European Union, which came into effect by the end of May, we have revised our privacy statement to match Swiss as well as European laws:

3. International shipping

Because of our new privacy statement, we are now able to ship internationally again and are really happy about that.

4. Data cleansing

The updates have brought us to check our customer data base. We have deleted all shop accounts which haven't been used since the end of 2015. We will do a data cleansing regularly in the future.

5. Facebook

In the beginning of June, the European Court of Justice has passed a sentence which applies to all Facebook fan page owners. After having consulted our attorney, we decided to take the Stempelgarten facebook page offline. We are not able to inform you via Facebook anymore. In the future, the news about new products, special sales etc. will only be available via the shop newsletter or our newsblog http://stempelgarten.blogspot.com.

6. Blogs

As mentioned above, the newsblog is already back online. The challenge blog with the monthly challenges is exptected to follow this autumn.

Huhu zusammen,

in den letzten Tagen habe ich viele neue Artikel hochgeladen. Ausserdem gibt es bei den Zahlungsmöglichkeiten eine Ergänzung. Aber erst einmal zu den neuen Produkten:

BoBunny:

hier haben wir vorallem den Cardstock aufgestockt und natürlich auch ein paar neue Papiere geordert, die aus den aktuellen Kollektionen sind.

Maja Design:

neben ein paar älteren Kollektionen haben wir auch die "Summertime"-Kollektion erhalten, die erst in den letzten Tagen erschienen ist.

My Favorite Things:

ein paar ältere Artikel (Stempel und Dies) haben wir aufgestockt und natürlich auch aus der brandneuen Kollektion welche dazu bestellt.

Jetzt noch eine Info zu den Änderungen bei den Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich bleiben die bisherigen Varianten bestehen. Neu dazu gekommen ist die Möglichkeit, per Paypal zu bezahlen. Allerdings werden auch hier die entstehenden Gebühren weiterverrechnet (wie ihr das schon von der Barzahlung am Postschalter her kennt). Konkret sieht das wie folgt aus:

zu Warenwert plus ggf. Verpackung und Porto kommen noch hinzu:

- Paypal-Grundgebühr von CHF 0.55 bzw. EUR 0.35

- Paypal-Zusatzgebühr von 3.9% auf den Gesamt-Rechnungsbetrag

Die Abwicklung bleibt im Wesentlichen gleich. Nach Eingang der Bestellung erstelle ich die komplette Rechnung und sende sie euch zu. Ausserdem werdet ihr eine Zahlungsanforderung per Paypal erhalten, die dem Rechnungsbetrag entspricht.

I've uploaded a lot of new goodies during the last days. Furthermore, we have added a new payment possibility. But first of all, I'd like to inform you about the new products:

BoBunny:

most of all, we have restocked cardstock but of course we also bought some of the new papers from the actual collections.

Maja Design:

next to some older collections, we have received the new "Summertime" collection which has been released a few days ago.

My Favorite Things:

some older products (stamps and dies) have been restocked and also some of the brand new July release.

Just have a look at all the new goodies over here.

Now some information about the changes at our payment conditions. Of course the usual payment possibilities are still available. But we added Paypal payment now. However we will charge the Paypal fees as we already do for the cash payments at the Swisspost office desk. This is what we will charge exactly:

Additional to the product value plus packaging and shipping:

- Paypal basic fee: CHF 0.55 respectivly EUR 0.35

- Paypal additional fee: 3.9% on the total amount of your invoice

The handling stays the same. After receipt of your order, I will write the invoice incl. all costs and send it to you by e-mail and in addition I will send you a payment request via Paypal as well.

Hallo zusammen,

dies ist kein Newsletter mit Werbung, sondern eine Information hinsichtlich der Änderung in unseren AGBs. Darum wird diese E-Mail an alle Kunden versendet, auch an diejenigen, die den Newsletter nicht abonniert haben.

Viele Kunden bezahlen die Rechnungen bar am Postschalter. Dadurch entstehen Kosten, die von der Schweizer Post dem Zahlungsempfänger (und somit mir) in Rechnung gestellt werden anstatt dem einzahlenden Schalterkunden. Je nach Höhe des eingezahlten Betrages belaufen sich die Gebühren aktuell zwischen CHF 1.50 und CHF 2.35 pro Einzahlung. Es kommen jährlich mehrere hundert Franken an Gebühren zusammen, die mir belastet werden. Darum haben wir uns entschlossen, diese Kosten 1:1 an die Kunden weiter zu verrechnen. Dies haben wir in den AGBs festgehalten und online gestellt. Nachzulesen sind die AGBs hier:

Ab sofort werdet ihr beim Bestellabschluss unter den Zahlungsmöglichkeiten folgende Auswahl haben:
- Vorauskasse (Überweisung/E-Banking)
- Vorauskasse (Bareinzahlung am Postschalter)
Für Stammkunden zusätzlich:
- Rechnung (Überweisung/E-Banking)
- Rechnung (Bareinzahlung am Postschalter)

Wir bitten euch, die entsprechende Auswahl zu treffen. Die tatsächlich anfallenden Schaltergebühren werden wir direkt in der Rechnung ausweisen. Solltet ihr einmal "Überweisung/E-Banking" auswählen, dann aber dennoch am Postschalter einzahlen, werden die Gebühren nachträglich verrechnet.

Um diese Schaltergebühren zu verhindern gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Vielleicht mögt ihr euch bei eurer Bank oder Postfinance entsprechend beraten lassen.

Hi all,

this is not a newsletter with new product informations but an information about changes in our terms and conditions. This is why this message has been sent to all of our customers and not only to newsletter recipients.

A lot of our customers pay their invoices cash deposit at post office counter. The thereby generated fees are charged to the payment recipient (me) by Swiss post instead to the cash paying desk customer. The costs add up between CHF 1.50 and CHF 2.35 per payment at the moment, depending on the amount. As a result of this, I have to pay fees of several hundreds of CHF every year. This is why we have made the decision to pass these costs forward to our customers. This is what we have changed in our terms and conditions and already uploaded it. With immediate effect, you will have the following choice by checkout:
- Payment in advance (bank transfer/E-Banking)
- Payment in advance (cash deposit at post office counter)
for regular customers additional to the above:

Please choose the according payment possibility. The actual desk payment fees will be charged directly on your invoice. If you choose "bank transfer/E-banking" once but pay cash at the post office counter, we will debit the fees afterwards.

There are several possibilities to prevent these fees. You could ask your bank or postfinance for any advice.
